This is 1 of 5000 original pressings of the debut release from the Heavy Metal gods…Iron Maiden. No, this is not a bootleg, reprint, fake, or any other such rubbish that might be floating about these days. This is the real deal folks! The “Holy Grail” of any Iron Maiden fans’ collection! Just look at the photos if you need to be convinced!

Not long ago, I made the decision to sell my record collection here on eBay, but kept this one piece as it was at one time, the crowning jewel of my record/cd collection.

However, the recession is still in full force, and I have made the painful decision to part ways with this item as well as my cd collection.

This item was purchased on eBay by myself from a seller located in Germany sometime around 1997. I have played the record once or twice to check the sound quality. It has been stored in the same hard clear plastic sleeve that it arrived to me in. The outer sleeve has no split seems, or major damage. One of the corners has a little bend, and there is a little sign of wear around the edges….no major distraction to this items true majesty!

The record itself I have to grade at a strong VG+, and the same for the outer sleeve. The record has been stored in a black paper sleeve, outside of the original, to protect the quality.

There are a few small scuffs around the edges of the record, but no major scratches that might ruin the value, and I can verify that it doesn’t have any skips.

This little treasure contains 3 songs. Side 1: Iron Maiden Side 2: Invasion and Prowler

This release was recorded prior to the days of Bruce Dickinson, and features Paul DiAnno (their original singer) on vocals on all 3 songs.

The etchings found on the inner ring of Side 1 read the following: Rok -1-a    *EG*   SA     L7N 7627-IT

The etchings in the inner ring  of Side 2 reads: Rok -1-b   L7N  7628-IT *EG*     SA

The outer sleeve opens from the top, as do all of the originals. This copy DOES NOT have the gatefold cover found with some reprints.

Shipping within the US will be calculated, and will have insurance included as well as delivery confirmation -where possible.
