Description
For sale: Superunknown by Soundgarden (2 LP 2014 remastered version)
The reason for sale is that I have acquired an original 94 version of this LP and no longer require this copy. I bought them within hours of each other (check my recent feedback for the timestamps!) and have only listened to this record through once.
I bought it from eBay described as unsealed but brand new. I would describe the discs as Mint condition however the cover has 3 very minor, very small indents on the cover (please see images for reference to these) which are close to being unnoticeable. In the pictures the light reflecting off them makes it seem like the cover has been punctured and the white bits are torn paper, I can assure you this is not the case. It is just how the light played when I took the photograph. I would list the cover as Near Mint at the very worst.
Included in the auction is full size lyrics book, shown in the listing pictures. This really is a high quality listing, the reason for the low price is a quick sale, I really don't need two copies!
Please message me if you have any questions.
Below is what Amazon says about the the LP:
In 2014 we celebrate the 20th anniversary of Soundgarden's massive album Superunknown which to date has sold 9 million albums worldwide and is certified five times platinum by the RIAA in the US. Both a critical and commercial success, in 1994 Superunknown debuted at #1 on the Billboard charts and earned the band two Grammys® for the singles 'Black Hole Sun' and 'Spoonman' in 1995. As relevant today as they were in 1994, the multi-platinum-selling Soundgarden continues to be in the Top 10 most played artists on Active Rock radio and the band's top 4 most played radio songs - accumulating over 1 million in total airplay and 4 billion in total audience to date - are all from this very beloved album: 'Black Hole Sun', 'Fell on Black Days', 'Spoonman' and 'The Day I Tried To Live'. In 2003, Rolling Stone ranked the album as one of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time and the 100 Greatest Albums of the Nineties.
Features the fifteen original tracks - all newly remastered
