Soundgarden Debut EP Screaming Life on original Sub Pop 12" Orange see through vinyl

One of only 500 pressed the sleeve is in very good condition with a small seam split on the spine (see picture).  There is also a small mark on the rear which is only visible when held up to the light.  This looks as though someone has rested a note on the record and noted down an address.  This has only left a slight indentation on the sleeve and whilst not relevent it appears to be a Seattle address.  The record itself is in excellent condition as are the labels which show no writing or stickers.
