Description

Headley Grange Studios Hampshire England January/February 1971 rehearsals.Includes a rehearsal of the boot LP LED ZEPPELIN IV' which contains the sound source of Led Zeppelin. Black Dog' where John Paul Jones rehearses while giving instructions' is interesting' but Stairway to Heaven' which records the process of putting together songs' is something to listen to.recorded music A1 Stairway To Heaven Part 1 Jimmy Page Guitar Instrumental A2 Untitled Instrumental Part 1 A3 Untitled Instrumental Part 2 A4 Black Dog Rehearsal A5 No Quarter Rehearsal B1 Stairway to Heaven Part 2 B2 Untitled Instrumental Part 3 B3 Stairway to Heaven Part 3 B4 Stairway to Heaven Part 4The original Japanese bootleg was a 2-disc set with the same title' but since the first side 1 and 2 were mostly non-titled instrumentals' I made a new jacket and released only the second side 3 and 4. This work. There are 4 rehearsal takes of Stairway to Heaven here' and the melody line is slightly different' so it's amazing to get a glimpse of the process to completion. Although the sound quality of the bass is not good enough' it is a collector's item collector's LP board on analog records.Jacket There are threads and fine scratches' but there are no bottom cracks or tears.Record quality Generally good. There are no big scratches' but due to the nature of the record' noise will appear even if there are no scratches. In particular' the quality of the original vinyl chloride is degraded in the boot record.
