Description

This is an extremely rare 10" shellac production record called "SE-15 (Sound Effect 15) Wind Effect", released on His Master's Voice Pict-ur-Music some time between 1927 and 1931. Historical records on these types of records exist, but these Canadian ones don't seem to have been archived in any form

The record is in VERY GOOD+ condition. This is incredible considering its age and fragility. there are light surface scratches on both sides.
Historical records show that these discs could be played around 25 times per side before becoming too worn to play; this one seems to have many plays left in its lifespan.
It comes in its original His Master's Voice jacket in VERY GOOD+ condition. All corners have been slightly creased. All graphics look perfect.
There can't be more than a few of these left in existence, as these were never sold, only rented from Victor, and destroyed after total use.
