Conditions:

Jacket/Sleeve: NM- (still in original shrink wrap)  

Vinyl: NM- (extremely clean with beautiful gloss, there is a a very very slight warp that does not effect play, both sides play GREAT on my turntable, name written in black marker on upper left hand corner of label, side one)
