Description

This is the original deep groove RVG-stamped “P”-pressing of Sonny Rollins “Newk’s Time” on the West 63rd labels of Blue Note BLP 4001.  The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once.  The laminated West 63rd cover is also in extraordinary condition – bright and clean throughout; ¼” wear on the bottom seam, at the opening; slight wear along the bottom of the opening, on the front.  Personnel include Wynton Kelly, Doug Watkins, and Philly Joe Jones.  $500.00.
