Description

Sonny Rollins (with Sonny Clark, Percy Heath, Paul Chambers, Roy Haynes) THE SOUND OF SONNY Riverside 12-241, recorded 1958.  Silver on Blue label Mono  West 46th Street address. Deep Groove. Jacket’s front cover has had some handling wear: E.  Corners and edges strong and clean. Disc looks NM-:  no play indications.  Pressing material is very vaguely chattery, ergo E+.  Still, probably as clean a copy of this as you’ll encounter. Maybe it was played once before play-grading…?
