The KT tax code is hand etched on the run off grooves (only 1st UK press). Flipback cover (laminated front only), printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. The cover features Don Bronstein's famous and offensive photograph of a down-and-out bum. The cover credits read "A Chess U.S.A. Recording" whilst labels read "A Checker, U.S.A., Recording" Track B4 is listed as "99" on the cover and "Ninety Nine" on the label.
