Side one has five raised dots on the vinyl surface which produce some pops but no jumps or skips. Otherwise the vinyl is clear and plays with some light surface noise most noticeable at the intros and quieter parts. Sleeve is a bit bent and has some wear around the edges. Surface tear on the front from the removal of a sticker.

A: Robbins Music Corp. Ltd. B to D: A. Schroeder Music Pub. Co. Ltd. UK 1st issue variant, with 1970 type inner sleeves. Gatefold cover printed and made by the E.J. Day Group. "Facelift" was recorded live at Fairfield Hall Croydon January 4th 1970 and at Mothers Club, Birmingham January 11th 1970. ℗ 1970 Made in England Track B.b is only mentioned inside the gatefold, neither on the tracklisting on the back cover nor on the label. 'O.40' is stated next to the composer credit. Side C: 'The Moon in June' on inner cover index, but 'Moon in June' on label. Same difference on all orange labels UK albums.
