I bought this 10 years ago at Rasputins in Berkeley, I have never played it,  LPs appear unplayed.
Jacket has a minor bend in the front under the white square, you can see it in the picture. There is a very small amount of wear on the corners. 
Number stamped on front cover is: No. 14373
