- Record: VGVG (Side 1 has a skip near the beginning. Both sides have surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG++VG+ (Side 2 has some green scribbling)
- Sleeve: VGVG (Wear along the edges and corners. Mirror has a some scratches. Small brown stain on the back)
