SMALL FACES - 'IN MEMORIAM'
1969 UK 1st PRESSING LP
Unreleased in the UK at the time, most copies of this LP were pressed abroad. However, a very small quantity were manufactured in the UK by EMI Records for export purposes only.
This is such a copy which bears the pink Immediate label with the 'Sold in UK..' text on both sides & carries the catalogue number: IMSP 022.
The disc is housed within a German printed cover bearing the European catalogue number (1C 048-90 201)
"Available from EMI Records (The Gramophone Company Ltd) Hayes, Middlesex, England)" is printed on the rear panel.

Both are clean & bright albeit with a number of spindle marks around each centre hole, but no writing, missing paper or any other major blemishes.
Visual: VERY GOOD +
Both playing surfaces are clean, bright & glossy. Careful inspection in strong daylight shows up several light marks and non-feelable hairlines consistent with a moderate amount of handling and play. Careful examination directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals little more than a small number of harmless wispy paper hairlines but no addition marks or wear. Both sides lie 100% flat on the turntable with no dishing or warping.
Play: VERY GOOD +
This disc has clearly received a number of plays but the disc is without any significant deterioration to the sound quality or any major faults throughout. My careful play-check at volume uncovered a touch of light background during some of the album's quiet passages but no clicks, pops, jumps or any other such distractions or faults.

A respectable clean & fully intact example with little more than general handling & storagewear but certainly no major faults.
