SIMON & GARFUNKEL - 'BOOKENDS'
This great sounding UK 1st MONO pressing dates from initial release in April 1968 is on the textured orange CBS label: 63101
Matrix numbers: BPG-63101-A-1 & BPG-63101-B-1
Vinyl weight: 130g
Housed within its original front laminated 'Upton Printing Group' printed cover.
Together with its original orange & white, die-cut advertising inner-sleeve.

Both are clean & unblemished with just a small collection of faint spindle trails around each unworn centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Extremely clean deep-gloss playing surface which display little more than a few faint inner-sleeve removal hairlines but no scuffs, marks or scratches even upon close examination directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp.
Play: EXCELLENT +
This copy has received just a small amount of careful play on good equipment and is free from any groove/playwear to any track. There is a touch of light background on some of the quieter passages, but no click, pops, ticks or any other such audible distractions throughout this magnificent mono version.
Cover: VERY GOOD +
A strong and undamaged example which has some minor storagewear but no significant or major faults throughout.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT -
Clean & bright with just a little light storage creasing and a tiny tear to the upper edge.
