My rating system is as follows:

SS       Still Sealed - Absolutely brand new and presumably flawless
M        Mint - Like New, but unsealed
NM     Near Mint - Outstanding quality, but cannot be considered truly mint due to minor cosmetic issues.  One or no plays.
EX     Excellent - Very few plays and likely few or no defects
VG     Very Good - Some cosmetic issues, but generally a nice product with no serious defects
G       Good - Cosmetic issues, slight wear, possibly some scratches
P       Poor - Record still plays, but with some problems.  Generally I do not even sell products meeting this description, but there has to be somewhere to go below "good"
+/-     Product falls between ratings.
PC    Promo Cut - A sealed product, likely in otherwise mint or near mint condition, but with notched cover to indicate that it was a promotional copy.

I do not accept returns because I stand by my descriptions.  However, customer satisfaction is my number one priority, so If you feel strongly that I have misrepresented the item, I am open to a discussion.  My seller rating is a testament to my dedication to keeping you happy, so please open a dialog with me if you feel slighted in any way.
