Our items are sent via Australia Post E-Parcel.
- Our regular postage option includes simple tracking for peace of mind. Insurance optional, signature required on delivery.
- Insurance cover is optional. For peace of mind please select it to cover your goods from transit damage or loss. Tracking is also included with a signature required on delivery.

- If you have any enquiries please send a message to us through the ebay message system. One of our friendly staff will respond to you as quickly as possible.
- Our staff are available between 8:30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Any messages left outside of this time will be attended to as soon as possible.
Terms And Conditions
• Once paid for, items are generally sent out on a Tuesday or Thursday. These are our set postage pickup days with Australia Post. Shipping time thereafter is dependant on the provider and the shipping method chosen.
• While we take due care, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage of goods in transit. We recommend selecting insurance.
• The buyer must complete the payment within 7 days. The item will be relisted or sold to the next highest bidder if payment/communication is not received. If you cannot pay on time then please contact us.
• Our best efforts are made to ensure the listings are error free. Any errors contained are purely unintentional.
• We use an automatic feedback system - positive feedback is reciprocated straight away upon your leaving of positive feedback.
• Note that a winning bid is final and legally binding. Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay, given an unpaid item strike and blocked from further bidding.
• Unless otherwise stated, all items are used and do not include warranty.
• Pickup is generally not available unless otherwise stated.
• Any special postage instructions are to be messaged directly through the ebay message system, NOT through the checkout process or email as this will be ignored due to an automated process.
• If you have any problems with your purchase please contact us as we are fair and friendly. Ultimately we want to make you happy. Negative feedback left for us as first communication of a problem is not fair or friendly!
