Payment

Contact must be made within 3 days after auction ends, and payment received within 7 days. Please make contact with me if this is going to be a problem before it becomes a problem. I will lodge a non-paying bidder dispute if it becomes necessary. Payment is by direct deposit (preferred) or PayPal. If paying by direct deposit please leave your username as reference. Item will be sent the next working day after payment has cleared.

Shipping

I do not post to any country other than Australia. For all postage, I use Australia Post. I cannot take responsibility for any damage or losses caused by Australia Post once they have the item in their care. I will happily combine postage if you win more than one auction. Postage costs include actual postage, envelopes and protective wrapping.

Faulty items

If your item arrives damaged please contact me immediately. I either require a photograph emailed to me showing the damage and original packaging, or for you to send the item back to me (you will be required to pay for return postage). If I believe the damage was due to poor packaging I will either refund the selling price (not including postage) or send you a replacement item (if I have the same item in stock). Any claim must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
