Description


This is the promotional copy of Sun Ra “Jazz in Silhouette” on the white labels of Impulse ASD-9265.  The playing surface is as new, with a high luster; perhaps played once.  The gatefold cover is clean throughout, with light rubbing along the top seam; the bottom seam has a ½” split at the opening and a clean 3” split at the center; The cover has a sticker “Promotional copy – Not For Sale” and is signed by Sun Ra on his headdress; the back cover is signed by Charles Davis, John Gilmore, James Spaulding, and Jac Jacson (?).  Illustrated inner sleeve is included.
