Shirley Collins - Sweet England ?Ultra Rare Factory Test Pressing Vinyl LP. Condition is "Used". Dispatch method to be agreed with buyer.
This is an ultra rare double LP factory sample / test pressing of Shirley Collins’ 1959 mono LP. The two discs are single sided.
Visual condition of both discs is at least VG+. PLEASE NOTE: Play testing has not been attempted. Both labels come with a handwritten identification.
The cover is VG (especially considering that this item is 61 years old!) A handwritten ID is present on the top right hand corner of the rear of the outer sleeve.
The record was bought in 2006 in a house clearance in West Sussex and was placed immediately in secure storage away from any odours or sunlight. The record has never been played by its current owner.
The original inner sleeve originally housed both discs (touching on blank sides) but the discs are now in separate poly-lined sleeves. The original inner sleeve is included.
Standard VG and VG plus copies of this LP are currently listed on Discogs from £500 to £1000. For an item of this scarcity it is suggested that the preferred delivery method is agreed between buyer and seller after sale.
