Modern Action MAR-04 vinyl 7” release by Sharp Object titled “Zero Ambition” b/w “Misspent Youth”.  Limited pressing on BLOOD-RED vinyl with hand-made solid sleeve that was limited to 100 copies.  Includes patch and pin as shown in photo.  NM or better.   Check my other auctions and save on shipping.    

PACKAGING – All 12” records are shipped securely in LP cardboard mailers with bubble wrap and cardboard backing.  All 7” singles will ship First Class between cardboard and bubble wrap protection in paper sleeve or cardboard mailer.   If you insist on a cardboard mailer please make that clear in the message section of your payment.  Purchasing more than one item will qualify for a shipping discount or delivery upgrade of my choice.   

USA SHIPPING – All packages will ship within 24 hours and include delivery confirmation.   Postage is paid thru Paypal and you will receive tracking information via the Ebay or Paypal automated e-mail system.  The quicker you pay the faster your item is on the way.  Insurance will be added (no charge) to all items over $100.  Priority shipping is optional and available upon request. 

CANADA & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AGREEMENT -  Do not purchase my items if you do not agree to my terms listed below regarding shipping and receiving your package.  All transactions will include a $2 handling fee that is charged for filling out Customs Declaration CN-22 PS form 2976 (see details below).   Packages will ship after your Paypal payment transfers to my local bank (usually 3 business days) unless you purchase Priority International with online tracking.   Do not pay until I send you an invoice with two shipping options, First Class or Priority International.  All securely packaged items are weighed and postage options estimated thru the USPS web site.  You have the choice to decline delivery tracking by purchasing First Class Shipping.  Your item is shipped from the local USPS post office and I will have photo copy of the cash receipt and form 2976 (see details below) available via e-mail at your written request.   PRIORITY SHIPPING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ITEMS OVER $99.  I also reserve the right to refuse to complete any transaction based on buyer feedback or the reputation of the postal system in your country (this means no shipping to Italy).  

CUSTOMS DECLARATION CN-22 PS FORM 2976 – This customs form is required for all international packages.  The form, in triplicate, requires me to fill out both of our addresses and is stamped by the teller when your package ships.   A unique number is assigned to the package and on-line tracking will record when the item leaves the US.   That is the best I can do unless you purchase the Priority shipping option on your invoice.   If your item doesn’t arrive after 30 days the USPS provides instructions to initiate an inquiry to find the package.  This form clearly provides proof the package was mailed to your address and not that the package will arrive in 7-21 days.   You and the destination country postal service are responsible if the package doesn’t arrive, not me or my Paypal account.  If the package does not show up that does not give you the right to open a Paypal dispute to get a refund.  The invoice gives you a choice of declining to pay for tracking the item and there is nothing else I can do to insure the item arrives.  If you do not agree to the terms listed above, do not buy from any items me. 

PAYMENT – All payments are due within 6 days of auction end.
