This is an original pressing of Shameks Debut Lp on the Strata-East label... (Strata-East SES 7412)
I have listed this as NEW ! The reason for this is that it has only been played ONCE and is in PERFECT
condition ! It was a sealed copy that I just opened to check the condition before listing !
VINYL .............. Perfect !
COVER ............. Still in Shrink Wrap/Plastic....That is NOT Ring Wear on the cover, its simply
the shrink wrap/plastic that shows that ring.....
Seams have NO WEAR.... Corners are perfect and NOT bent or damaged !
The track listing is: 'Meterologicly Tuned', 'Watch What Happens Now', 'Umoja Suite' and the
MUCH sought after title track 'First Impressions'
This 1974 recording features Shamek Farrah (alto sax), Norman Person (trumpet),
Kasa Mu-Barak Allah, Sonelius Smith (piano), Milton Suggs (bass),
Clay Herndon, Ron Waxwell (drums), Calvert "Bo" Satterwhite (conga), Kenny Harper (percussion).
This really is a Collectors Copy !
