Description

This is a 12-track acetate LP entitled "Selections from The downhill Racer".
"Downhill Racer" was a 1969 film starring Robert Redford.
Other than a budget label album that featured only 5 tracks, a soundtrack for this film was never released in the '60s or '70s. A soundtrack was finally released on CD in more recent years.
I am not sure why most of the tracks do not have proper names (see disc labels).
The LP is in VG+ overall condition, with only a handful of light marks. I didn't want to play through the whole album since this was an acetate, but I skimmed the tracks and the album sounded quiet with only light signs of crackle. Not much at all.
The LP cover is G+ condition, with some brown age spots on the front and back, and some edge wear. Despite this, it looks fairly decent overall considering it's 52 years old. The custom sticker label on the front of the cover is complete, untorn and fully readable.
I do not know if any of the tracks included here are different from the CD soundtrack released versions.
I can't imagine too many of these acetates even exist at this point, if any.
If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message.
Thank you and Good Luck!
