Description

So I, John Jughead, had a flood while I was in DC.  I had recently been showing the Screeching Weasel Documentarians my complete collection of all SW and Lookout Records and whatnot lps and eps.  I have been perhaps the only Weasel that has kept all his memorabilia, and the only things I had parted with, I parted with for free to friends like The Manges, The Popsters, and The Lillingtons.   After the interview I stupidly left all the records on my floor in the basement, and while I was gone in DC my basement flooded.  Most of the material has been destroyed.  The few records here are miraculously barely untouched.  I had promised myself I would never sell these records, but now that my collection is incomplete I no longer feel an attachment to them...   But my memories have a price, and that price may be unreasonable.  So be it.  If no one wants to pay the price I will just give them to Massimo Zannoni
tidbit: Pink Lincolns were one of my favorite bands.  Chris Barrows and I started exchanging cassettes of our band around 1987, years before we ever met.  He remains to this day one of my favorite people to watch on stage.  How can a man so wonderful be so damn frightening on stage?  I also have fond memories of recording one of these songs with Albini. He made my guitar louder than I think I have ever heard it on a record.  Still don't know how I feel about that.
