Description

Godspell, private pressing of a 1973 benefit concert to aid flood victims, performed by the Senior High School Choir and First Presbyterian Church Choir in Kirkwood, Missouri. In the role of Jesus is Scott Bakula, who later became famous in musical theatre and television in series like "Quantum Leap" and "Star Trek: Enterprise." This set includes the original program (mint) and two LP disks. As this was apparently a private pressing, the cover in not the typical cardboard, but a heavy glossy paper. Because it is paper, the cover edges are NOT solid (not TOO ragged, either). The disks themselves may not have been played and are not scratched, but look smudged, which I think is due to the manufacturing process (private pressing and all). This is the only one of these I've ever seen, and searching on the Internet turned up no mention of this at all, so I can promise this is rare. Is it the last one in existance? Hard to know, but I can't imagine many were pressed. The perfect gift for Scott Bakula fans. Will be shipped in cardboard LP mailer, and I will gladly combine shipping to save you some cash.
