Description
Two scenes from Richard Strauss's INTERMEZZO. 1925 acoustic Polydor recordings. "Skat-Szene" with Theodor Scheidl, Leo Schützendorf, Arthur Fleischer, Waldemar Henke and Otto Helgers. "Schluss-Duett" with Grete Merrem-Nikisch and Theodor Scheidl. Three records in total, three sides each scene.
Two small, harmless, rubs, otherwise surfaces are like new. 1 condition (in a grading system of 1, best down to 6, rotten). See my Internet site for last general auction (Holdridgerecords.com). Next posted in November. One side of each record has an index number in white ink, a small lbl. stkr. affixed by the original U.S. vendor (H.B. Mai in Chicago) and, on all issues, a royalty stamp. See illustrated labe for example.
This rare set I've seen sell well in the hundreds of dollars.
