~~~Perhaps even the best Savoy Brown album. Nobody can "Boogie like they do". If you are a fan of the REAL Savoy Brown, do yourself a big favor and add this to your library. Certainly a step further... than *any* blues band for that matter. This is truly a fun and creative blues rock album. Side two is a monster! The "Savoy Brown Boogie" is 22 minutes of nonstop *excitement*. Guitar solos that come and go, vocals sung in a way to emphasize fun, and bouncy piano work that really captures the boogie style beautifully. Around the 2:00 mark I hear a guitar riff that resembles the middle section of Budgie's "Nude Disintegrating Parachutist Woman". It's brief but the similarity is impossible to miss. (Oh well, Budgie rules too!)
