Sandie Shaw - Reviewing The Situation

1969 album of covers with a pop art sleeve. It's a fun collection of tunes although it must have seemed a little out of step with the times. Her sleazepop version of Love Me Do really warrants hearing and as for Sympathy For The Devil........ well you'll just have to buy to find out!

The vinyl is VG+, it's been cleaned and plays well although there's still a bit of background crackle.

The sleeve wasn't designed to last, it's the thinnest card and also a centre opening gatefold. I guess using standard grading it'd be Good but I seriously doubt there's such a thing as a Mint one nowadays.

Like many of the records I'm selling today this came from the large collection of a busy man now aged 62. Due to the size of his collection many of the LPs were only played once or twice from new - some were never played and they were all properly looked after. His musical taste was towards the avant garde/free end of the jazz spectrum as well as being a fan of prog, psych and experimental music. I will be selling selected records from his collection over the next few years so please add me to your favourites list!
