Description

Here is a nice Samhain INITIUM 12-inch record. This is a first press from 1984 (PL9/04). It's also signed the the great Eerie Von in nice blue sharpie. This is my last spare. Cover is in good shape but does have a little edge wear, a rounded corner, (no seam splits) creases here and there, a corner bend (top right) and some slight ring wear. Record is in excellent shape with just a few light marks. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have.
