Description

Samhain Initium LP 1984 Plan 9 PL9-04 Original Press VG+ Play Tested Danzig.
Original 1984 pressing of Initium by Samhain on Glenn Danzig’s Plan 9 Records, catalog number PL9-04. This sought-after first pressing features the original Plan 9 labels, Canadian-printed jacket, and vintage Rough Trade price sticker on the cover. Jacket shows typical vintage shelf wear with corner wear and edge chipping, while the vinyl retains good gloss with light scuffs consistent with a VG/VG+ copy. Record has been play-tested. A landmark release bridging the Misfits and Danzig eras and a key piece of early hardcore/punk metal history.
