This is a Samhain Initium first release in excellent shape including the black flyer with lyrics.
First pressing says Plan 9 PL/04
Marked 6/84 A side and 8/84 B side
Which confirms a first release.
I have many Metal albums in this type of condition. Most are first releases, Master discs, imports from that era in top-quality condition.
