Vinyl is clean and for it's age plays through without flaw. I'm not an expert at grading vinyl, but my assessment is very good to good+

Cover has small imperfections, splitting in center of spine price tag on back. No lyric sheet.

I wanted to note that his is a true 1st press of Initium --it does NOT have the S numbers etched into the vinyl.
