Description
An original Stable UK LP of 'Escalator' signed by Sam Gopal (to my husband Dave).
The LP looks as good as you are going to get, clean shiny and I would grade at excellent. The sleeve is VG+ although the spine is worn, The top edge v slightly and have taken a picture so you can see - excuse the flash off the embossed cover. Otherwise, a lovely copy of a great album signed by the man himself.
This was signed at the Tabernacle, off the Portobello Road, West London 2002 when they played a great set for an underground evening when a blue plaque was unveiled near the All Saints Hall (now gone) for the Pink Floyd's 1st appearance. Sam Gopal played at UFO. My husband remembers talking to Hoppy (a friend of his and sadly missed), Jeff Dexter, Mike Horovitz, Brian Patten were also in attendance, as was the amazing UFO lightshow.
