Sahib Shihab,Sentiments on the original Storyville label,1972. One of the more difficult to find of his recordings,it features a stellar lineup..NHOP,Kenny Drew and drummer Jimmy Hopps(of Music,Inc for one) Great sound,too...
Vinyl:N-,looks,plays great.
Cover:Vg+;only issue that keeps it from a new rating is the lite scratch on cover(where someone used a razor to remove a sticker)..no,not me. Mark does not go through cover-it's just on the surface. Otherwise cover is intact,unlike typical euro covers.very lite ringwear to front.

SS : Still Sealed
NM : Near-Mint(or new-). Could have something slight that might indicate other than "near mint" but it should always be noted.
VG++ : Very Good ++. Looks flawless, with light signs of wear.
VG+ : Very Good +. May show additional(though minor)surface wear,perhaps w/ some hairlines that are not feelable.
VG : Very Good. Can have light scratches or marks affecting sound quality, though still easily playable.
P: POOR! You will almost never see one of these listed,but when you do,it's pure filler. Or it's the cover that is of value!
COVER GRADING
SS : Still Sealed
NM : Like new
VG++: May have light corner bumps,stickers,promo stamps,though not all.
VG+ : More of above is evident.Could have rough corners, while seams may have some light splits.
VG/VG-: Heavy splitting or wear,distinctions will be noted in descriptions..
P : Obviously...poor! You won't see many of these listed either,but when you do,it's the vinyl that makes the listing worthwhile.
