Description
Beautiful first press from 1969 in amazing condition. Harvest SHVL 765. Released in 1969, right before the main pressings were stamped in 1970. You can tell this is the first batch of pressings because the back cover states "6911" - November 1969. No EMI boxed logo on the labels. Matrices: SIDE A: SHVL 765 A-2G / SIDE B: SHVL 765 B-2G. The laminate gatefold cover - made by E.J. Day London - has brilliant shine and is not peeling. The faintest ringwear can be seen when held at an angle to the light, but is generally not noticeable. Strong corners and edges, making for a beautiful presentation. The vinyl itself is clean and looks unplayed. Bright, loud sound. Strong Excellent grading all around. True collector's copy.
