NOTES: These are the rare and beautiful cover versions of Joy Division's classic song, recorded by american band Swans in the late-80's. Strange and classic at the same time (two different versions by male - Michael Gira deeply powerful tone - and female - Jarboe's haunting/gelid - voices). One could almost say that these are the best versions ever of this song, matching intensity with the original. A rare and beautiful record for fans of Swans, Joy Division and lovers of heartbroken music in general...
