Offered is Walk Don't Run, the Debut Release from perhaps the greatest of all the Surf-Rock Bands, The Ventures.

On their page featuring Walk Don't Run, Wikipedia has this explanation of the odd-ball front and back cover photo of the album:

The Ventures were on one of their first tours as Liberty Records began compiling their first album and were still on the road by the time of the front cover photo shoot. As a result, four employees from Liberty's stockroom (with two wearing sunglasses) were posed as if they were falling or tripping over instruments with model Barbara Grimes walking in front of them. A photo of the actual Ventures was originally featured on the back cover, but to avoid possible confusion when compared to the "stand-ins" on the front cover, it was replaced with an outline-drawn version of the same photo.

In 1969, the album was reissued by Liberty (having discontinued the Dolton label two years earlier but keeping the original stereo catalog number), featuring an updated photo of the group. By that time, the lineup consisted of Don Wilson, Bob Bogle, Gerry McGee, Mel Taylor and John Durrill, though only the former two appear on the album. The back cover with the outline drawing of the original photo was kept intact.

THE VINYL -  EX+ :  Lightly played with minimal evidence of spindlewear (please see close up photos of the labels), both of the LP surfaces retain all of their original gloss. 
 
Evident are some light marks from sleevewear, and a few shallow hairlines. Undamaged, Dark Blue and Silver Dolton labels with bright color (please see photos). 
 
The record has been carefully handled, infrequently played, and the stereo audio playback is impressive.




THE COVER -   EX :  Please see photos / laminated / well-stored with some minor scuffing and some age-related yellowing / bright colors / present is a stamp visible on the back cover, upper left corner / all of the seams, including the spine, are intact / no writing, paper loss, paper tears, dirt, or stains.


Included is the original paper inner sleeve (please see photos).      


We have placed both the cover and the LP into separate, protective plastic sleeves.
