This is from a private collection from a DJ from the 50-60-70s. "Rocko" side looks great. "I'm Out" has a couple of light scratches with minimal sound disturbances and they don't skip" This record has been stored climate controlled. There's nothing "Surf" about this record, it's flat-out Rockabilly and it's very good! "Out" is a punchy Rocker with a terrific Vocal and "Rocko" is a Mid-Tempo Guitar Instrumental in the "Honky Tonk" mode. I've seen this list for much more. Hope you win. No international sales.
