TWO YEARS after Lou Reed left the Velvet Underground, Lou's self-titled debut album was released in 1972, on the RCA label. This is a brilliant album.I imported this from the USA from "The Velvet Underground Appreciation Society" about 15 years ago.

It is a great album musically. Very dynamic, Lou's young voice and has some Velvets covers too!


Recording took place between December 1971 and January 1972 in Morgan Studios, in London.
