Description

This is the great-sounding, highly collectible Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab edition--remastered from the original tapes--of the aptly titled studio jam Super Session by Mike Bloomfield, Al Kooper, and Stephen Stills. The album was originally released in 1968 and reissued by Mobile Fidelity in 1985. The most important thing about this copy of the album is that the vinyl is in beautiful near-mint condition. The cover is also in excellent condition overall, but not quite near mint on account of a few creases on the front left side and the very beginnings of some wear along the edges. Though not technically an import album, since MFSL is an American company, the vinyl was in fact pressed in Japan, as noted on both the cover and the record labels.
