This may be the most difficult Mike Clifford 45 to find. This copy was given to me by an early Liberty recording artist. It was unplayed when I got it and was played only once, just prior to this auction, to be sure there were no audible imperfections. It has a very minor edge warp that does not affect play and sounds great!
The labels are as you see them in the photographs - super clean! The sleeve is also shown - some creasing is evident, but it is in nice condition overall.
The last two people who auctioned this record did great with "rockabilly" in their title, but I couldn't include it because I don't hear this as rockabilly at all. Maybe those folks were thinking of the Liberty single Mike did with Patience and Prudence. Eddie Cochran played on that one (one side had a rock feeling to it), but I'm not sure he is on this single...
Shipping: The record will be protected in a plain paper sleeve within an outer plastic sleeve and will be mailed in a 45 record mailer. The Liberty sleeve will also placed in the plastic sleeve, without the record in it, so no seam splitting should occur. Shipping within the United States will be $4 media mail or $7 priority mail. Insurance will be additional, based on the amount of the winning bid and is recommended, as I will not be responsible for damage to carefully/properly packaged records. International shipping will be calculated based on the winner's location.
Acceptable forms of payment: Money orders (except for International winners) and PayPal. Payment must be received within 10 days of auction’s end, or seller reserves the right to cancel transaction and offer the record to the next highest bidder.
