We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Robert is in incredible voice, John Paul is amazing as always, Bonham is thunderous and grooves and Jimmy, despite a sprained left finger (?!) is as amazing as ever! "You shouldn't have been here tonight and we should have been in England! As you know, the concert you originally had to come to was cancelled because of Jimmy's finger. Now, this finger is very susceptible to strain and ligament pulling. Jimmy's had his finger in a bucket of cold water offstage, completely, the whole of the time since the concert was cancelled. I think he's doing really well and that's a fact. It's no fun." said Plant before Stairway To Heaven. This entire show is unreal, with a stunning "Communication Breakdown" and 20 minutes of "Whole Lotta Love" standing out among all of the improvisations. CONDITION: The cover: Thick backing white cover with paste on slip sheet arrt cover...it's a clean near M- collection worthy copy ... no bends, no split seams, no writing and in top shape when considered any first printing found is likely to be covered in soil some 40 years later...

The vinyl: both records, all 4 sides are clean and smooth, near M- and plays as well as it did some 40 years ago ... all 4 PIG logo labels are clean
