Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. HERE we have a Very VERY rare double album in picture disc format that was sold as separated single albums, numbered and only 375 copies ever produced ... we have BOTH volumes together completing as a whole for the legendary 1977 Los Angeles showcase:

Led Zeppelin, performed on June 21, 1977 at the Los Angeles Forum in Los Angeles,
California. The show is often noted as one of the band's best (if not the best) performances. It is also distinguished by strong sound quality for an audience recording, cat knew what he was doing... and overall the gig is amazing. It has, arguably, the best "No Quarter" ever - spread out over a whole side and part of another side! All said, the performance is a very high energy set. John Bonham is on fire. Something (sniff sniff) gave him (sniff sniff) a mania at the LA shows that borders on bombast. Just listen to the opening bars of The Song Remains The Same (the show opener) and you’ll hear a legend playing circles around himself. It’s so awesome that it is used on the on the Promos menu page of thee official Led Zeppelin DVD.

Aside from being one of the best concerts of the ’77 tour, this one of the best audience recordings ever made. It is the product of the legendary Mike Millard, the taper who hid AKG mics and a Nakamichi deck in a wheelchair he didn’t even need. Back in the day, people in wheelchairs got wheeled right up front, and Millard taped many shows in LA, and they all sound amazing. This one… you’ll forget it’s an audience tape. It sounds like a well balanced and well mixed live album, with the audience audible but not interfering, and the instruments out front, well defined, with a great stereo mix. You can really hear it in No Quarter, and the acoustic set... The first show of the band's six night stand at The Forum begins with a brief soundcheck as the crowd's excitement builds to a frenzied peak. As mentioned, Bonzo is drumming with a vengeance, thrashing at his drums in a frantic explosion of energy as The Song Remains the Same crashes into motion. The intense sonic assault doesn't let up as the band launches into a ferocious Sick Again. Page's guitar cuts out briefly during the intro, causing a moment of confused hesitation at the beginning of the first verse. He shreds wildly through the guitar solos as Bonzo continues to pummel the crowd with his thunderous attack. A brutal performance, one of the best thus far. Nobody's Fault But Mine is devastatingly heavy. Plant exclaims "oh Jimmy, excuse me!" as Page begins a blistering guitar solo. As the song ends, Plant tells the crowd "it is indeed a great pleasure to be back in California... it's very hard to see the sun in a basement in New York."
Page blazes through an excellent guitar solo during Over the Hills and Far Away. Since I've Been Loving You is an intense emotional drama. Plant is in top form, belting out each line with power and conviction. As the song ends, he announces "we'd like to welcome back to the world John Bonham, who had a terrible fit of food poisoning," joking "he ate far too many rhinestones." No Quarter is an epic journey. A series of haunting theramin howls introduce Jones's ominous piano solo, which includes hints of Your Time is Gonna Come. Page and Bonzo join in for an outstanding blues improvisation. The band is absolutely on fire during the fantastic guitar solo section, slowly building tension until everything erupts in an explosive climax, crashing down on the crowd in thunderous waves. Page shreds wildly during the song's violent outro. An utterly devastating performance, one of the best ever.
Page blazes through the guitar solos during an excellent Ten Years Gone. Someone near the taper can be heard shouting "bring on Neil Young!" as the band prepares for the acoustic set. All said, it's QUITE a performance, one of ZEPPELIN'S best ever...
