Release date: June 1967.

On offer here is an EXTREMELY RARE original Australian FESTIVAL issue of the fifth (and final) 7” single by Newcastle band, THE SUNSETS, who eventually became TAMAM SHUD.  Both sides of this 45 were written by lead vocalist & rhythm guitarist LINDSAY BJERRE, and were featured in the AUSSIE SURF FILM SOUNDTRACK “The Hot Generation”.  The A-side could very well be one of the FINEST AUSSIE 1960’s SURF “BEAT GENERATION” TRACKS EVER COMMITTED TO VINYL!  Be sure to check out the YouTube link below.
