This is a super RARE tour only limited edition double vinyl LP of 2009's "Monoliths & Dimensions" by USA drone / doom metal / experimental noise act Sunn O)))!  This LP was only sold on select 2009 tour dates (the "Blackened Music Festival Series"), and my copy came from a Sunn O))), Earth, Pelican and Eagle Twin show in Brooklyn, NY!  Other tour dates included bands like Nadja, Wino, Brutal Truth, Pig Destroyer, Repulsion, and others.  This is their 7th full length album, and probably their best yet!  The LP features many guest appearances, ranging from members of Earth, Mayhem, Oren Ambarchi... the LP also has some of the best packaging design, which is typical of Southern Lord and Sunn O)) releases.  Looks like it was designed either by Stephen O'Malley (of Sunn O))) ) or Seldon Hunt.  Either way, this double LP has a vellum sheet over the vinyl slip cases, and inside the vinyl sleeves are two sleeves with images of the band members in blue.  One of the sleeves also has a lyric book, and features a breathtaking image of what seems to be the group on some temple!  As a added bonus, I'll include with the LPs a free copy of a promo "Scion A/V Remix BUZZ IN" CD from Boris which was given away at the show.  The song BUZZ IN originally appeared on the band's 2008 full length album "Smile."  And just for the heck of it, a free approx. 5 x 7" flyer of the show will be included in the deal as well.
This is OFFICIAL, RARE very beautiful and hard to find!  If you didn't see Sunn O))) live this year, chances are they won't sell this double LP again.  The packaging on the LPs are enough to make anyone want to buy this.  And you'll get a free promo CD of Boris remixes, and a flyer!  This vinyl set is for any true collector of vinyl, great album packaging, or the hardcore Sunn O))).  This is only going to go up in value in the years to come, so grab it now!
