LISTING INFO: We make every effort to be honest in our descriptions, but sometimes it is difficult to anticipate a buyer’s specific concerns so please ask questions before you bid to avoid misunderstandings and/or disappointment. We will accept returns within two days only if item is found to be different from description.

PAYMENT INFO: We will usually ship worldwide (overseas payments by PayPal only please). We try and post within two days maximum of receiving payment, and payment kindly requested within three days of auction-end so we can conclude transactions quickly. If payment is not received within a week, we will file a Non-Payment report (in order to reclaim our final valuation fees) and will re-list the item.

SHIPPING INFO: We get Certificates of Posting for every item we ship and unfortunately cannot take responsibility should an item go missing. We are happy to ship by registered post/insurance at Buyer’s cost and would advise this for items valued over £50. We use recycled (but secure) packaging whenever possible to keep P&P costs down and to help the environment.
