Description
About This Item: Rare and beautiful original first pressing Mono vinyl LP of "Fate In A Pleasant Mood" from Sun Ra and his Myth Science Arkestra on Saturn Records(SR9956-2-B). The vinyl is just beautiful with all the sheen in the world. Even the spindle holes are spotless which shows that the one original owner played it once with meticulous care. On side 2 track one in the middle-ish of the song "Distant Stars" is a needle mark which clicks lightly under the music for several rotations and that's it, no skipping or sticking. The cover amazingly has no seam splitting or spine wear but does have some light shelf wear, as well as some ring wear and the back cover has in script blue ball point pen JCurtis(approx. 3/4" x 1") just above the song titles but does not run into the graphics.
