We recently acquired a small stash of original Sun 45's and 78's. We are not record dealers; we are music fans. We have made no attempt to grade these records by Goldmine or any other standards. Rather, we've described, to the best of our abilities, what we see and/or hear on the records. The photos will be the best way to assess condition.

You may see our white photo tent (or the camera, or the photographer himself) reflected in some shots. These are not condition issues, but they do show the clean, shiny surface of the vinyl.

• Import duties, taxes and other levies are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering company or when the item is picked up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• WE WILL NOT LIE ON CUSTOMS FORMS. This means the declared value will be the actual item price and we will not declare any purchased item to be a gift. US and international regulations prohibit this and parcels may be seized in cases of fraud.

POLICIES

Invoicing

• To expedite transactions, we pre-enter shipping costs so customers don't have to wait for an invoice. We also invoice any unpaid transactions within 24 hours of auctions' end.
• We are happy to combine winnings to save shipping costs. If you win multiple items and there's no combined rate pre-entered, just wait to pay until we invoice you for the adjusted amount - it will always be less.

Payment

• We accept Paypal, and request payment be made within 48 hours of auction end. We ship promptly, usually within 24 hours or less.
• We appreciate fast payment, but understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that delay things. If you will be unable to make payment within 48 hours of auction end, just let us know. We are very flexible with buyers who keep us informed.

Shipping

• We ship packages VERY QUICKLY! Most items will ship within 24 hours of payment receipt.
• We ship via the United States Postal Service, via the least expense method available (unless requested to do otherwise).
• Per ebay's policies, all of our packages ship insured, so if you don't receive your item, or it arrives damage, no worries - you're covered.
• We charge only the actual shipping cost, plus a handling fee that covers our cost to insure every package. We do not make money from shipping charges.

Returns

• Returns are always accepted for incorrectly represented items. We carefully inspect every item we sell, and write thorough descriptions with detailed notes on condition; however, in rare cases we may make an honest mistake. If so, upon return of the item, we will refund in full, including ALL shipping costs. (We do not believe in charging our customers for our mistakes.) In some cases, we may accept returns for other reasons. These will be decided case by case, but we won't refund or pay shipping charges for returns not due to a mistake on our part. Items that are sold 'as is' are not returnable. We are reasonable and flexible, so if you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us.

We aim to provide excellent customer service from beginning to end and want all our customers to be repeat customers! We welcome feedback and suggestions for how we can improve our service.

We are experienced sellers who have been in business on ebay since 1998 (12 years and counting!). We take extra time and effort to stay abreast of all changes and developments introduced by ebay in order to provide the best buying experience possible for our bidders. We earn half of our income through ebay, so we take our business very seriously.
