Boruch Alan Bermowitz (June 23, 1938 – July 16, 2016), known professionally as Alan Vega, was an American vocalist and visual artist, primarily known for his work with the electronic protopunk duo Suicide. Album: Deuce Avenue, Just A Million Dreams, ... Died: July 16, 2016, New York Born: June 23, 1938 Group: SuicideSuicide was an American musical duo intermittently active between 1970 and 2016, composed of vocalist Alan Vega and instrumentalist Martin Rev. The group's pioneering music utilized minimalist electronic instrumentation, including synthesizers and primitive drum machines, and their early performances were confrontational and often ended in violence. They were among the first acts to use the phrase "punk music" in an advertisement for a concert in 1970. Though never widely popular among the general public, Suicide have been recognized as among the most influential acts of their era.

White label records are vinyl records with plain white labels attached. ... Test pressings, usually with test pressing written on the label, with catalogue number, artist and recording time or date, are the first vinyl discs made at the factory. I have recently sold one white label record (Lou Reed Live in Sydney 1978). I will list more white label records. keep am eye out from time to time.
Promotional items, special editions, limited and numbered editions
In the vinyl market there are many items that were used for promotional purpose and never sold in the record shop. Record Labels gave those item to Radio or Press to promote a new single or album and these items are most of the time in a very limited number. The same goes for numbered editions or special editions, like picture discs or coloured vinyl that are usually printed in few copies.
First Pressing
An original pressing typically refers to a vinyl record that was made from the initial batch of lacquers in the production process and cut from the original master recordings. As they are the first records to be pressed, many consider these to be the definitive edition and best sounding records.
I will be listing hundreds of records, a lot of first pressings, some very rare and some rare, a few common , mostly in excellent condition, some in good condition so please keep checking back!
Thanks for looking!!!!!
