Details: - This is part of my Personal Collection which I have spent many years acquiring and I am gradually selling. I always purchased the best condition copies. This auction is for the UK Prog/psych band `String Driven Thing` LP` titled `The Machine That Cried` . This was the RARE first ever 1973 UK pressing with B&C Credits released on Charisma it came in a `E.J.Day` matt finish Gatefold Matrix Side 1 CAS 1070 A-1U /Side 2 CAS 1070 B-3U

Vinyl: (NM/M-) Beautiful condition, Even under very Bright Halogen Spotlights I can hardly see any sleeve removal marks at all, nothing feelable, plays through as new!!
Sleeve: (EX+) 1st Issue `E.J.Day` Matt finish Gatefold, No bad ringwear, some minimal spinewear, considering the Matt finish`s low durability this is a really nice copy of this rare sleeve (see photos for complete overview) with 1st issue B&C Records Credit.

I use professionally made packers with card stiffeners & record removed from album cover
I use lots of photos to show as accurately as possible what you are getting (also I dont cut the corners of the record sleeve off the picture!!)
Gradings: I use the standard UK gradings as set out in Record Collector Magazine below:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Near Mint, EX+, VG+ etc are acceptable additions to help `fine tune` descriptions for the buyer
