ITEM: Rare and In Demand, Original USA pressing, 7 inch 45RPM vinyl record, by Stone Luv. Private Pressing on the independent Merchant Records Label, number MS-100. Side A is " Roller Disco ", at 4:10 minutes. Side B is " Roller Disco " (Part 2), at 3:28 minutes. NOTE: Side B label is mis-printed. Song is listed as " Roller Disco" Instrumental. The song is NOT an instrumental, it is a continuation of Side A. It starts as an instrumental, but the group continues singing a few seconds into the song, picking up from Side A with different words and a slightly different musical treatment.
COMMENTS/CONDITION: This 45 came from a private collection. It is not a beat up record bought at a yard sale. The record is visually graded, and was test played. Grading is according to Goldmine Standards. If you are not familiar with that system, please go to the Goldmine web site and read the grading details BEFORE YOU BID.
The vinyl is visually in Excellent to NM- Condition, with a nice full gloss luster. There are no warps, deep scratches, groove wear, or cracks. Center hole is perfectly round with no signs of abusive playing. A close inspection under a bright light source revealed a few very light surface scuffs that are cosmetic only and have no effect on the playing or listening enjoyment of the songs. Both sides played quietly on my system with No Pops, Clicks, surface noise, skips or groove lock. Please Note: These comments are made only for reference, and are NOT a statement as to the results you may experience from your equipment.
Both labels are in very good condition. There are NO tears, peeling edges, writing, stickers, tape, or nasty stains. I have not tried to clean the vinyl or the labels. Serious collectors usually have their own preferred methods they use.
The sleeve is generic white paper.
Do Not Sleep On This One! Copies in excellent playing condition seldom show up on Ebay. It may be a long time ( if ever ), that another copy this nice comes up for auction.
